Here is our prologue run from the Kalgoorlie Desert Race. It was quick enough for 2nd in the SXS class and 15th outright. Pretty happy to see where sat amongst the national field and stoked that we were the 7th quickest WA crew on this run. Looking forward to seeing what we can do once the Extreme 4wd buggy is ready! We have seen a bit of chatter regarding overtaking at the Kalgoorlie Desert Race and thought we would throw up this 13 and a half minute clip of us overtaking the Hodgson’s in their Enzed CanAm X3, Scott in his 4wd Buggy Class Proformance Motorsport Predator and Ash in the LA Car Carriers Polaris Pro XP. Dust was really tough and it took patience to work ourselves into the right position to be able to call on the radio, use the RallySafe Push to Pass or be seen in their mirrors. Each of the overtakes is slightly different in that the first overtake was in much more wide-open terrain than the other 2 and we had to understand that in the tight sections the dust would hang. Just because we could see dust, didn’t mean we were close enough and equally just because the car in front couldn’t necessarily see us, didn’t mean we weren’t close enough. Despite a lot of the negativity we have seen lately, we just wanted to show that there are racers out there that show mutual respect, good racecraft and etiquette and we were able to make the overtakes safely and without losing too much timeWA SeadooPenrite OilTwothree ApparelCryoHeatKWI ClutchingCADCut See MoreSee Less

Part 2 of our Kalgoorlie Desert Race event recap is live! Saturday and Sunday proved to be some very eventful days of racing for us. A damaged left rear hub and steering wheel issues cruelled our chances of a good result for the weekend, but we don’t give up and kept trying all weekend to eventually be rewarded with a solid final section of the event where we had a lot of fun and overtook a heap of carsWA SeadooPenrite OilTwothree ApparelCryoHeatKWI ClutchingCADCutThanks Aussie Offroad Media for sending through some footage for the videoRound 5 of the Western Australian Off Road Racing ChampionshipRound 5 of the AORC – Motorsport Australia Off Road ChampionshipRound 5 of the SXS Motorsport Australia Championship See MoreSee Less

The Dash for Cash was probably the highlight of our weekend! Starting as the 5th fastest of the 10 runners, we pulled the harnesses a little bit tighter and had a red hot crack under lights. We ended up going 3rd quickest outright and was the quickest SXS in the shootout by 8 seconds despite being a little bit hesitant with the lights not being 100% set up correctly. Still an absolutely awesome time and a fantastic spectacle put on by the Kalgoorlie Desert Race. We need more night racing!!!!WA SeadooPenrite OilTwothree ApparelCryoHeatKWI Clutching CADCut See MoreSee Less
